- register your idea (registration will be open uptil 16 January 2026)
Are you thinking of entering the competition?
The registration form is designed to help you present your idea, not just your business idea, to the judging panel. We therefore offer a sample registration form for you to study and download – so that you can prepare in advance for all the mandatory questions.

Registration of student teams | December–January 2026
Simply fill out the registration form with basic information about your team and idea.

An expert committee will select the ideas submitted that will advance to the next stage of the competition. -
Selection of finalists | January 2026
Up to twenty of the best finalist teams will be selected to receive support for the advancement of their ideas.

Workshops | February and March 2026
Workshops on presentation and communication skills, legal and economic aspects will be prepared for you by experts from the field.

First presentation day | March 2026
The best teams will have the opportunity to present their ideas in more detail to an expert committee.
The ten best teams selected by the committee will receive financial support of up to CZK 10,000 to develop their idea and the opportunity to take advantage of mentoring sessions.

Entrepreneurial Counselling Centre | March–May 2026
Members of the expert support team, partners, and event sponsors will help you move your ideas forward.

2nd presentation day | May 2026
Presentation of the progress of ideas from several top teams.

Award ceremony | June 2026
Evaluation of the final teams and presentation of the winning teams.
A special category on the topic of social entrepreneurship in the Start Your Business student competition for 2026 is supported by the KompassMUNI project.
